Guide

How China sample consolidation works.

Consolidation should happen after samples are identified, recorded, and confirmed, not just packed into one box.

Short answer

China sample consolidation means multiple suppliers send samples to one China-side desk. Each sample is identified, recorded, and confirmed before any forwarding preparation. This reduces confusion before international shipping decisions.

Before forwarding

  1. Samples arrive from different suppliers.
  2. Each package is matched with supplier and sample details.
  3. Photos, size, weight, and package condition are recorded.
  4. The buyer confirms what should be included, held, compared, or removed.
  5. Forwarding preparation starts only after confirmation.
